Innovative Solutions for Aerospace and Defence

Azista USA is a full-service satellite and aerospace manufacturing company with vertically integrated capabilities across design, engineering, and manufacturing. With production infrastructure in both India and the United States through our partners, we offer flexible, scalable, and compliant build options to meet a wide range of customer needs.

Our Story

Azista is one of the top satellite manufacturers USA, delivering reliable, high-performance solutions for commercial and government clients. With a foundation in pharmaceutical-grade precision, we bring the same discipline to aerospace—making us a trusted name among satellite components manufacturers.

Where We Started

Azista operates the largest private satellite mass manufacturing facility in India, producing over 100 satellite buses annually. Our vertically integrated process from design to final assembly ensures full control over quality, cost, and timelines.

We provide advanced platforms including geostationary, geosynchronous, low Earth orbit, Earth observation, and CubeSats. Our portfolio covers telecommunication, communication, and scientific satellites, serving commercial, defense, and research missions.

A Legacy of Excellence

Driven by cutting-edge technology and manufacturing precision, Azista has achieved:

  • 20+ flawless satellite missions with a 100% success rate.
  • In-house development of 80% of satellite subsystems, supplying major components to premier institutions like ISRO.
  • Expansion to 7 state-of-the-art facilities totaling 300,000+ sq. ft., dedicated to aerospace electronics, advanced composites, and satellite production.

Our expertise extends into aerospace composites, using high-performance resins, polymer/metal matrix composites, and high-temperature materials such as carbon-carbon and ceramic matrix composites. These materials enable us to produce lightweight, durable components for extreme environments, contributing to satellite structures and key aerospace programs like the Tejas LCA fuselage and hypersonic technologies.

The Power of Vertical Integration

Vertical integration drives our operations—ensuring superior quality and seamless execution through:

  • High-reliability fabrication of complex components.
  • In-house development of mission-critical subsystems.
  • Complete satellite assembly and rigorous testing.
  • Earth observation and data analytics services.

This end-to-end capability allows us to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions that stand out globally.

A Story of Growth

Azista has rapidly emerged as a top-tier small satellite manufacturer in the USA, driven by innovation and financial strength. Our end-to-end capabilities, from advanced subsystem development to full satellite launches, underscore our commitment to excellence and scalability. Backed by internal funding, we’ve achieved consistent growth while maintaining 100% mission success.

Evolving from pharmaceutical roots, Azista now stands at the forefront of commercial satellite manufacturing and cutting-edge aerospace technologies, trusted by governments and industries worldwide to power the future of space.
