Advanced Material Intermediates
We supply next-generation Hot Melt Prepregs and Towpregs featuring specialized resin systems:
Phthalonitrile (PN): Known for ultra-high service temperatures with an exceptional Tg of 435°C. Used in jet engine components and thermal protection systems.
Epoxy (AER Series): Versatile high-Tg resins (up to 212°C) suitable for primary aircraft and spacecraft structures.
Phenolic (APR 201P): Solvent-free system offering exceptional flame retardancy, key for aircraft and railway interiors.
Cyanate Ester (AZCE501P): Features excellent RF properties and low outgassing (Tg of 195°C).
Mission-Critical Structures
We manufacture high-specification components, including Carbon Carbon (CC) and Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC):
Pressure Vessels: Type IV Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPV) for Hydrogen & CNG storage.
Thermal Protection: Near net-shaped CC/CMC blocks capable of withstanding up to 2000°C.
